There is far too little time in each day it seems. Everyday an obligation, a responsibility and a chance to make it count for something more than the day before. I wake with the husband and this week that hour happens to be 3 am. This would happen the week that our sweet 10 and a half month old decided to sleep through the night. At this very moment… I am planning two baby showers, attending a sweet friends baby shower (handmade gifts are my dig), planning Cohen’s first birthday party, turning 30 soon, working and still finding the time to run my photography business. To top it off, I am still a Wife and Mom of two. This life is crazy.
Today I decided to devote my little am to party planning for my son Cohen. Of course I will be making the invites myself. So that is where I begin…..
I have not given Cohen anything inorganic and I am not about to start just to take damn cute photos. To begin you will need….
3 ripe organic bananas . 1tbsp organic virgin coconut oil . 1/2 cup unsweetened organic applesauce
blend all this shit above & set aside
1/2 cup organic coconut flour . 1/2 tsp baking soda
pour this into the other bowl & blend
Pour into 8×8 greased baking dish and bake for 15-20 at 375.
FROSTING ~ 8oz. organic cream cheese and 1/2 cup of the same applesauce listed above, blended until frosting texture.
I chose to use glassware for a round cake cut. I cut three out and iced in between and a bit on top.
